1. Delivery Locations

  • We deliver islandwide within Sri Lanka.
  • Delivery is available to both residential and commercial addresses.
  • Delivery to remote areas may require additional time.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

  • Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days within major cities.
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days for urgent orders (additional charges may apply).
  • Custom Orders / Services: Delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the order.

Note: Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Start from Rs.250 per order.
  • Express Delivery: Start from Rs.1000 per order (only in Colombo area, Delivery withn 5 Hours).
  • Free Delivery: Available for orders above Rs.5000.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

5. Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
  • You can track your order on our website by entering your Order ID.

6. Delivery for Services

For repair services, data recovery, or security installations:

  • Home Visit Service: Technicians will visit your location at the scheduled time.
  • In-Store Service: We will contact you once your device is ready for collection.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

8. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to update your delivery address:

  • Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Changes made after dispatch may not be accommodated.

9. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
